All appointments MUST be booked via the Acuity app, and a valid credit card is required to book your appointment.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full booked amount.

Last-minute cancellations for any reason will not be accepted. You will be charged a minimum of $5​0 reschedule fee and up to the full cost of service, either deducted from your prepayment or charged to your card on file. ​

​Discounted rates of packages and subscriptions will be valid for one year. 

Any unused services on canceled subscriptions will revert to cash value after the discount given is deducted.

Packages will only be refunded if you are moving or have some medical need that does not allow you to have a massage. The balance of the package will be refunded minus all credit processing fees and after deducting the discount for the bulk purchase. 

​All gift certificates and packages are valid for use within one year from the date of purchase unless canceled within 24 hours. A no-show appointment is assumed to be used in full. After one year, a service charge of $20 per month will be deducted from the service amount until the balance is zero. For packages after six months, they will revert to cash value, and you will be required to pay the balance.
