All appointments MUST be booked by clicking the BOOK NOW link above or via the Acuity app, a valid credit card is required to book your appointment.
Missed appointments will be charged at the full booked amount Last minute cancellations for any reason will not be accepted. You will be charged a fee, minimum a $50 reschedule fee up to the full cost of service, either deducted from your prepayment or charged to your card on file. Discounted rates of packages and subscriptions will be valid for one year. Any unused services on cancelled subscriptions will revert to cash value after the discount given is deducted. Packages will only be refunded if you are moving or have some medical need to not have massage and the balance of package will be be refunded minus all credit processing fees and after deducting the discount for the bulk purchase. All gift certificates and packages are are valid for use for one year from date of purchase, unless canceled within 24 hours a no show of appointment, it is assumed used in full. After one year, a service charge of $20/month will be deducted against the service amount until balance is zero, for packages after six months they will revert to cash value and you will be required to pay the balance.
